The Work
Opportunity Tax Credit provides all businesses with up to $9,000 in tax
credits, $2,400 in most cases, for each qualified employee they hire. These documents must be
submitted within 28 days from the date of hire. This is how we, Mayotte
Management Group, help businesses.
Process

1. |
Whenever a person inquires about a job,
please have him/her fill out Form 9061.
Please leave question #14 blank (see
sample Form 9061) since we will do the address search.

2. |
If you plan to hire the employee, please
submit Form 9061 to us before the official hire date at:

3. |
We will review and complete the form
based on the information you provide us. If we believe the employee
will qualify, then we will send the following:
A one-year contract (new customers
only)
A completed Form 9061 and Form 8850

4. |
When signatures have been gathered, we
will submit the Form to the proper agency for approval.

5. |
At the end of the year, we will prepare a
report that will calculate and substantiate the tax credit claim.
